When Tarac strategically acquired the former ‘Penfolds’ site in the Barossa Valley, SA we identified an opportunity to repurpose the existing buildings and grounds. And that is exactly how Tarac Properties came to be. This site is now more commonly known as Beckwith Business Park and it’s home to many businesses who operate across various sectors.
Working collaboratively with each business to satisfy their needs, we take a hands on approach to everything that we do. We develop innovative solutions to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes and we care for our community by employing local staff and supporting local businesses.
Given the opportunistic mindset that Tarac Properties was established upon, we are always looking for new and exciting investment opportunities. Ultimately, this led to the strategic acquisition of the former Accolade Wines (Hardy’s) site in Old Reynella, South Australia.
Along with a commercial precinct at Old Reynella, Tarac Properties is currently developing the Hurtle Grove residential estate, which is home to 250 blocks, while actively pursuing targeted property acquisitions across South Australia.
